La Zona

Postby Bob Daly » Tue Apr 22, 2008 10:57 am

Larry: Just returned from another fantastic trip (Apr 14-17) for dorado at La Zona. 8) The river recently came up about 5 feet which made fishing great. Largest dorados were 48lbs and 42lbs with another 31 over 30lbs. Already looking forward to returning next season.

Hector, Enzo, and the rest of the staff said to say hello to you.

Good fishing, Bob Daly

Bob is this your second or third trip there?
LaZona is on the short list for me. This year is India and
some interstate trips for big Alligator gar and sturgen.
I also want to go back to Suriname as well.

La Zona

Scott: This is my second trip to La Zona. Totally fantastic. Cannot describe the fishery. Awesome!!! 8) I have fished for peacocks in South America since 1990. Dorados are nothing like them. Much more stronger, big jumpers. My group of guys say they will never fish for peacocks again, want to get back into La Zona. e-mail me with any questions at robert_daly@cargill.com Will send you some awesome photos and can answer all questions regarding La Zona if you have any
