Hi Larry: Was wondering if you ever worked with Kevlar for leader material? Was recommended to me by veteran Papua New Guinea bass anglers as the type to use. Ordered a spool of 300lbs strength and am waiting for delivery. Thanks again for all the help on this trip. Heading out in 2 weeks. Have spent more time in preparation than any trip I have ever taken. Will defiantely keep you posted on how we make out!

I would not trust it unless you seriously test it first. It can be cut and has some serious 1-2-3 loading issues when it comes to tying knots.
