The Hunt For Big Fish with Larry Dahlberg

Larry, I saw on your Minnesota musky epsisode you were using a weighted offset hook with Mr. Whiggley.... The hook had an attachment eye for adding a stinger treble hook. Do you know is this hook or one like it available commercially or was this one of your custom creations? I could really use a hook like that, lol. Thanks!
