What is the Flash Dancer fly, and what makes it good? What species is it good for?

Hi q,
It's a streamer fly with a red marabou tail, white chenille body, Flashabou wing and muddler style head.
Deadly on smallmouth, crappies, largemouth, trout etc. basically anything that eats minnows. In clear water I fish it fast. Dirty water, anywhere from top to bottm, fast or slow.
