The Hunt For Big Fish with Larry Dahlberg

I just saw the Hunt For Big Fish episode in which Larry invents a hook specialized for presenting live bait to muskies. Where can I purchase these hooks?

Dont think they can be bought. I did make a crude copy last year. Not as pretty but it still worked as intended.
You can also tie he line to the bend in the hook. Not the same but I think it would work.

Tying the line to the hook will not work to reverse the hook when you pull on the tail of the bait if the hook should wind up in the throat.
It very easy to silver solder a small loop of copper coated steel wire to the hook.
I have some other ways involving either floss or shrink tubing over the hook shank and wire, but are too hard to explain w/o a diagram!
