hi larry
watched the show for years and really enjoy it. what do you do fitness wise to prepare for your trips> thanks and good luck

Hi E,
A better question might be what to do in order to heal up after the last trip before having to face the next one!
Plenty of stretching, a super hot sauna every day and other than that, not much, except to keep fishing and eating lots of broccoli!
