Customer satisfaction

Just a pat on the back for two companies that I have recently dealt with. First is Cabelas; I had one of there rods break and even though there were questions about the warranty they replaced the rod quickly and at no cost. Second is Bimini Bay Outfitters; I bought a Bimini Bay rain suit at an Orvis outlet a couple of years ago and recently got soaked while wearing it in the rain. Since I had no receipt Orvis would refund me the lowest amount that they had sold the suit for. I wrote a note to Bimini Bay and they are replacing the suit at no charge even though I didn't purchase it from them. It's nice to see companies stand behind their products.
