Same to you Bob! Been meaning to ask if you got the rods underway with Thorne Bros?

Hi Larry. Waiting for the guys at Thorne bros to get back to me. Told them I will not need the rods till early Feb. Heading to La Zona soon so will contact Thorne bros before I go in case I do not hear from them by then. Thanks again for all the help!

Hi Larry. FYI heard from Lonnie today from Thorne Bros. The rods will be ready end of Jan in time for my GT trip. 8) Will be using my TFD Big Fish casting rod for the first time in a couple of weeks at La Zona. Anxious to catch some big dorado with it. Will tell Hector you said hello.

Are you planning on being at any of the Chicago area shows this winter?

Thanks doradokiller

No plans for shows. Please give my best to Hector as well. Love to come down again and fish with him.
Have a great holiday, and safe travels! Be interested to see how you like the rods.
best

HI Larry: Will let you know on the spinning rods and the casting rod. Will talk to Hector. I know his brother and a few of my friends are willing to take you on the other side of the dam. Also am sure you can always come as a guest to Jurassic but probably would have to come with my group. Tried to get Jim of TFO in there in exchange for providing the lodge with some fly rods, but Thomas and Thomas fly guys beat me to it!
Happy Holidays. doradokiller 8)
