Mr. Dahlberg,

Have you found a good rule of thumb for what size siwash hook to replace trebles with? For example, should a 1/0 treble be replaced with a 3/0 siwash?

Have you found a different type of single hook to be better than the siwash in terms of hooking percentage?

Depending on the lure, I usually just weigh them or as you suggest go up a size or two on a spoon.
