If trying to match balsa exactly, the 320 is the best match. As Larry indicates, the Alumafoam is the best overall lure for making lures with, but it is about as dense as cedar wood.
Like balsa, the 320 is not that tough, but because I use an Alumalite shell over it, it works well for my lures.
I think my bucket list has a hole in the bottom!
