OK I know the microballons are for the resins but How to you go about pouring a soft plastic bait that floats? I would like to pour some floating buzz type frogs but not sure what the mix it for that suggestions?

Same thing, just add microballoons to the alumisol.
I'd start out with about 25% balloons by volume and add or subtract from there to get the amount of flotation you want.
