Stingrays?

Larry,

While watching your recent episode where you were fishing for bonefish on an atol in the Indian Ocean I kept thinking "dang, that looks like a good place to step on a stingray"... :shock:

Did you have any "close encounters" while fishing there?
For those of you who also keep fish at home (and not just in the freezer :) ) come visit Aquatic-Oasis.net the home of the "more serious aquarist".

Hi s,
No probs at all. rule one, is always walk with a shuffle.
I've had worse sting rays in areas where the bottom is less firm. Also, have been in areas of the amazon where there are so many it's positively scary!
