wolfies or golden dorado?

Larry: Enjoyed your recent show on flyfishing for wolfish. Several times you mentioned they were better sport than Peacocks on fly. What were your numbers per day on average? Have had many great days on Peacocks but never targeted wolfish. Planning a trip to Bolivia for golden dorado on the fly(not LaZona). From what I've seen and heard, they are the ultimate creature on a fly plus shots at other species. What is your take? Puckfisher

No doubt golden Dorados are great fish. The fishery in Bolivia is expecially cool because of the trout stream like environment.
On a good day a competent angler might boat fifty nice wolfies in a day.
