How are you rigging Mr Wiggly to the hook or hooks. Is super glue used? Please let me know or let me know which video on Utube to watch so I can get a better look. Any help on this issue would be great.

If you are just asking the question of rigging, then I suggest you either follow the Simple Mr. Whiggley fishing lure - how to make your own or the Complete Mr. Whiggley Tutorial.
In both cases, the line is run through the eye of the Mr. Whiggley then tied to a trebble hook. The trebble hook is then embeded into the Mr. Whiggley. This allows the Mr. Whiggley to come off the hook and run free on the line after the fish is hooked.
Note, the only super glue used is to install the eyes, as shown in the videos.
