I'm having trouble getting my pics down to a 6 kb size.

I agree, very hard to post anything with that size restriction.

my avatar is only 4 kb. try to us a photo software call "ACDSee" (I think you can download it from www.download.com). after you install the software, open the picture with this software, and then use "edit", then use "resize", then change the height and width to no bigger than 80 (80 is the maximum for this forum), in most case, the file should become smaller the 6kb, then just try upload it again. hopefully it can help you guys. my is only 4kb.

Hi,

Best format for the avatar (Less than 6Kb) is *.giff

Most photo editing programs have the options to save in that format.

carlos is that your kid mine does the same thing if you leave one unattended guess they get it from dad :lol:
