I could be wrong, but I think part of the appeal of making a bunch of Mr. Wiggly's is that they'll never all be quite the same

I believe that Larry is waiting for a prototype to come back from River2Sea. I am pretty sure that it will go into production once an approved protype is complete.

Nevertheless, River2Sea is behind on a lot of their production right now (I have read they are changing production plants), so if you want one soon, better mold your own.

The beauty of Whiggley is you can make it however you want to dial it in to how you want it to work. Make the body thinner and use a little stiffer soft plastic ... make the body thicker and make the soft plastic extremely soft ... weight them how you want to get them to swim, fall, and stall the way you want.

If you are a cnc guru, I'd start cutting one the size you wish. Thickness is not as critical as you think because you can dial that in with the softness of the soft plastic to make it dance. I make mine extremely flexible and fairly nuetral in bouyancy to make them dance and stall or slightly fall on the stop.

Let us know what you come up with. I can tell you Larry and I have made and used Whiggley's ranging from approx 6" to 11.5" and they all work extremely well. Another tip, I'm usually putting in a least some tungsten in each one that I make.
