When something ¡¡ break out ¡¡¡

I have had a real fight with a big fish the last week. This fish take a lot of line and I have thought that I had all under control this fish take the border of the lake and then the line break out.

Dahl, how I can be prepare to fight big fish without this surprises, If I have a low line (6 pounds) ?

With 6lb line you better be ready for problems if you're hooking big fish from shore and there's any cover for them to get into!
I'd suggest either gearing up with heavier tackle, or using a small boat or float tube to chase 'em if you have to.
