LARRY , I caught your show about pecock bass. I searched the blogs as you suggested as to what mr wiggley was cast from but couldnt find it.I have all other materials ,and I am ready to cast my twelve inch frog .I just need the final ingredient,thanks for your help .

Plastsol! Same stuff as plastic worms are made of.
You can melt it in your microwave in a pyrex beaker or measuring cup.
